Our Project Supervision Process
Pre-Construction Document Review
We review all contract documents, specifications, drawings and the contractor's programme before works begin — flagging gaps, conflicts and risks in writing before they become site problems.
Site Mobilisation Verification
Equipment, materials and workforce are verified against approved submittals and the project's health and safety plan. We confirm the site is properly set up before giving clearance to break ground.
Daily On-Site Supervision
Our resident engineer is present on site every working day — checking workmanship quality, materials compliance, adherence to approved drawings and site safety standards.
Progress Monitoring & Reporting
Weekly written reports with photography, programme status, variation log and a financial summary are delivered to you every Friday without fail.
Quality Assurance Inspections
Formal hold-point inspections are conducted at every critical stage — reinforcement checks before concrete casting, cube test results, waterproofing, tile adhesion and paintwork DFT.
Final Inspection & Defects Period
A structured snag list is produced at practical completion. We monitor contractor close-out of every defect before recommending the release of the final retention payment.
